Better support for the .ico format.

Currently, an error occurs if the resolution isn't set to 256 x 256, instead of being automatically scaled to the highest supported resolution. It would be great if, when the resolution isn't specified, it were automatically converted to the next supported resolution.

    Thanks for highlighting this!

    I’ll ensure that ico conversion works by default (scaling to “biggest edge becomes 256, and the other edge scales proportionally”, it shouldn’t even require an app update (due to the open-source extensions auto-updating under the hood).
