Mini dropzone: reposition

Current behaviour: on macOS, the mini dropzone always appears near the top-right corner of the screen, next to the menu bar item; on Windows, it is located near the bottom-right corner, near the system tray.

We could allow changing the position of the mini dropzone: simplest would be to allow more predefined positions, or the most flexible would be to allow dragging the window itself.
